Bila Group is founded on the principle of providing expert advice and sector-specific expertise. Our founder's family is both Basque and English so the name encompasses our heritage. Bila comes from the Basque word ‘bilatu’ and means ‘to search’. Search is exactly what we do and we are experts at it. 

We will take you on a unique journey and show you why it is so important to work with recruitment professionals who are honest, have integrity, and truly understand your markets and your objectives and can deliver against your expectations.

As an experienced head hunter operating across Middle Management and Senior Appointments within Construction, Infrastructure & Engineering sectors, David's expertise covers direct 360 recruitment, executive search, and building recruitment teams to provide value-added services.

Over the course of David's recruitment career, he has successfully delivered high impact executive search work for single and project appointments at some of the UK, and the world’s biggest Construction, Infrastructure & Engineering organisations.
 

Charity work

Here at Bila-Group we work together as a team, and that includes when we're supporting and raising funds for charitable and community activities. 

With so many worthwhile causes we believe it's fair to choose one that personally means something to each member of the team, we then collectively support it, through many different fundraising activities. Some of these are physically demanding and some less so, however this approach allows everyone the chance to make a difference for a charity or community event they're close to.
